| About Us
Opera Gala – Sarajishvili & Inashvili is a new cultural project named after two distinguished figures of Georgian opera, Vano Sarajishvili and Sandro Inashvili. Its primary mission is to present and promote Georgia’s operatic heritage through a contemporary perspective, while providing professional support and new opportunities for young Georgian singers.
The project was founded by a team of young professionals and entrepreneurs who believe that supporting culture is an essential part of a country’s development. Opera Gala grew out of their shared vision and desire to contribute to Georgian culture and bring the country’s operatic legacy to life for a new generation.
A distinctive aspect of the project is its personal and family connection to Georgia’s operatic heritage. Among the members of the initiative are Inga Gotsiridze-Ferly, granddaughter of Sandro Inashvili, and her son, Aleksandre Tavkhelidze. This family connection creates a meaningful bridge between the past and the future.
